General Sales Conditions (GSC)

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) apply to all sales of services and products made by RS Simulation (hereinafter “the Company”) in Monaco, whether at the showroom or via the website www.rssimmonaco.com (hereinafter “the Site”). By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Services and Products

RS Simulation offers the following services and products:

- Driving sessions on driving simulators developed by racing drivers and engineers. Three types of sessions are available:

o Hotlap: 1 Token

o Head to Head: 2 Tokens

o GP : 4 Tokens

- Token packs (8 and 16) sold only in the store. Tokens enable players to book sessions in advance at sliding-scale prices.

- Steering wheels and pedals sold in the store.

- Merchandising, including T-shirts, sold in the store.

3. Ordering and booking

3.1. Ordering process: Orders for services and products can be placed online via the Site or directly at the showroom. The customer must provide the information required to complete the order.

3.2 Order confirmation: All orders are confirmed by an e-mail sent to the customer. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order and validation of the transaction.

3.3. Group bookings and private events: For group bookings or private events, please contact us at the following e-mail address: camille@rssimmonaco.com.

4. Rates and payment

4.1. Prices : Prices for services and products are quoted in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. The applicable prices are those in force at the time of the order.

4.2. Payment : Payment is due when the order is placed. Methods of payment accepted include credit cards, debit cards, cash and Carlo. Cheques are not accepted. Secure online payment is provided by Stripe.

4.3. Invoicing: An invoice is issued for each order. For online orders, the invoice is sent by email with the order confirmation. For in-store purchases, an invoice is delivered in person. Invoices are not available in the customer area of the Site.

5. Cancellation and Refund

5.1. Reservation cancellation: Reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time to obtain a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

5.2. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, except for services already carried out or begun with the customer's agreement.

5.3. Refund procedure : Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation or withdrawal request, via the same means of payment used at the time of the order.

6. Use of Simulators

6.1. Access conditions: Access to the simulators is reserved for people aged 14 and over, with the compulsory presence of an adult for minors.

6.2. Safety: RS Simulation simulators are professional equipment used by professional pilots, with considerable force feedback on the steering wheel. This can be dangerous for children or in the event of misuse. Users must follow all safety instructions provided by Company personnel. Any careless or dangerous use of the simulators may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

7. Delivery

RS Simulation does not offer a standard delivery service. Deliveries can be arranged on a case-by-case basis and will be at the customer's expense. Please contact us to discuss delivery options.

8. Liability

8.1. Exclusion of Liability: The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the simulators or from the impossibility of using the services offered.

8.2. Force Majeure: The Company shall not be held liable for any breach of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, fires, strikes, industrial disputes, pandemics and interruptions to telecommunications services.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Site content: All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and graphics, is the exclusive property of the Company or its partners. Any reproduction, distribution or use of these contents without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9.2. Software and technologies : The software and technologies used in the simulators are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, modified or used without the written consent of the Company.

10. Personal data

10.1. Data Collection : The Company collects and processes customers' personal data in connection with the management of orders and the use of simulators. This data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Site.

11. Modification of the GTC

The Company reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the Site. Customers are invited to consult the GTC regularly to take note of any modifications.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Monegasque law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco.

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “GTCU”) govern access to and use of the services offered by RS Simulation (hereinafter “the Company”) in its showroom located in Monaco and on its website www.rssimmonaco.com (hereinafter “the Site”). By using the Company's services, you accept these TOS without reservation.

2. Description of Services

RS Simulation offers racing simulation sessions, simulator rental and access to various events and exhibitions. Users can book sessions via the Site or directly at the showroom.

3. Booking and payment

3.1 Booking: Simulation sessions can be booked online via the Site or directly at the showroom.

3.2. Payment: Payment for simulation sessions and related services must be made prior to the start of the session. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, cash and Carlo. Cheques are not accepted.

3.3. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
